The Big CELEBRATION is Only 1 Week Away...

We're only one week away from the International General Church of the Nazarene's 100th 'Birthday' CELEBRATION... October 5th will be here before you know it!!!

Remember to dress in 'Pioneer' clothes, have your 'Handbell-Hands' with you and be ready to open the Morning Service!

It's gonna be great and fun day... There will be a HUGE Balloon Launch, Surprise Guests, etc.! We'll have our final Handbell practice that morning at 10:00a.m. and EXPECT every one of you there!!!

Our Annual trip to the Indy Children's Museum is this coming THURSDAY!!!!! It's FREE and a Sack-Supper will be PROVIDED! Be there or be square! Remember to have your Permission Slip filled out by an adult and drop it off in the Church Office ASAP!

ADULTS: Please see Mrs. Kathy if you have questions with the Nursery Schedule, Mrs. Alberta with Wee Worship questions, Mrs. Doris concerning Jr. Worship and please pray for Mrs. Shelly and her family a safe return from their Vacation weekend... Have a great week!!!

September 11th is a Day to Remember...

Please take a moment to say a silent prayer for all those who lost a family member in the 9/11 tragedy of 2001! Also, pray for the Military troops who are still to this day fighting for our freedom and safety! Continue to pray for the Presidential election that is coming up in November... YOU may be too young to vote, BUT be sure to remind your PARENTS and FAMILY members to get out there and vote! Only God and the many Christians praying around the country, (and casting their votes in the 'right' direction) can save America, from a great deal of heartache in the coming years!
Now, on to more exciting things... our annual trip to the Children's Museum is just around the corner, we will begin Wednesday night practice sessions for our Christmas Musical VERY soon, the annual Halloween Alternative isn't all that far away... In other words, there is many many many fun things in the future weeks that lie ahead, so be on the lookout because you'll NOT want to miss out!
Be sure to get out and enjoy the beautiful Fall weather... the air is filled with yummy smells like spicy pumpkins, baked apples and falling leaves... have an awesome time out there!!!

It's September... Let Fall Begin! NOT...

Even though we'd all love to keep Summer around for a while... it's time for the changing of the Seasons. Another of God's beautiful creations!

Remember we are to begin our S.S. Fall Drive in only about a week and a half!!! "Get Out & Vote for Sunday School in 2008", ya'll! Bring ALL your friends and family with you, so your 'party' will get the number of 'votes' it needs to WIN the 'election' this year!!! (Though most of you are not old enough to be involved in the Political campaigns this time... YOU CAN ALL GET 'VOTES' AND BE INVOLVED in our Fall S.S. Drive at Southside!)
