It's hard to believe that we're already in the last week of February! March is upon us!!!
There have been a couple of changes on our 'Kidz Konnect' (the Wednesday night children's program) schedule. We usually have our Video Nite on the first Wednesday of each month. HOWEVER, the Video Nite for March will actually take place THIS week, Wednesday the 27th (February)! The "Show-N-Tell" that was planned for that night will now take place on Wednesday the 5th (March)! We hope to see all of YOU at both of these events!
Kidz, we want to remind you that the District Talent Faire is on Friday, March 7th!!!!!!! Just a few days away! We hope you're in the middle of 'crash-prepping' for a BIG time that evening! It's sure to be fun for us all! PLEASE TELL MRS. SHELLY OR MRS. DORIS TODAY WHAT YOU WILL BE ENTERING IN! IT'S IMPORTANT THAT WE KNOW RIGHT NOW WHAT YOUR PLANS ARE! REMEMBER THAT EVERYONE OF YOU ARE TO BE A PART OF 'SS KIDZ SINGERS' - PLEASE BE AT PRACTICE 10:30a.m. THIS SUNDAY MORNING! If you have questions about the rules, regulations, etc. for your entry, please refer to the wall display outside Mrs. Shelly's office NOW! For additional info, please contact Mrs. Shelly or Mrs. Doris TODAY! It's urgent that we're prepared and ready for this event!
Also, we wanted to inform you that due to the fact that Easter is coming VERY early in the season this year (March 23, 2008) , we will not have our visit with the Easter Bunny, nor will we host our Annual Easter Egg Hunt on the Saturday prior to Easter.
HOWEVER, WE HAVE A VERY EXCITING EASTER SUNDAY MORNING PLANNED FOR EVERY CHILD THAT IS PRESENT!!!!! YOU'LL NOT WANT TO MISS IT AND YOU'LL WANT TO INVITE ALL YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO JOIN YOU! Please see any of the Church Staff if you have questions, need a ride or know of someone who does!
We, here at "southside kidz" (AKA "kidz konnect"), are gearing up for an awesome Spring - - - and we want YOU to be a part of ALL the fun - - - we'll be watching for YOU!!!!!
